We have a gluten sensitive option on the menu and the flavour will rotate from time to time. The ingredients are 100% gluten free, but we can’t guarantee that there will not be any cross contamination in our kitchen. If you do have an allergy to gluten please be aware that our cookies may come in contact with gluten substances. We recommend that you do not order any cookies if you have a severe allergy to gluten.

We have a dairy sensitive option on the menu. Just like our gluten sensitive cookies we use ingredients that are 100% dairy free, but we can’t guarantee that there won’t be cross contamination in our kitchen. Any cookie on our menu sans chocolate is dairy sensitive. If you do have an allergy to dairy please be aware that our cookies may come in contact with dairy substances. We recommend that you do not order any cookies if you have a severe allergy to dairy.

Yes, we have both peanuts and tree nuts in our kitchen and some of our cookies. Please ask us if you have any concerns about nut allergies. We recommend that you do not order any cookies if you have a severe allergy to nuts.

Our delivery fee ranges from $3.95-$5.95 depending on how far your delivery location is from our bakery that is delivering to your recipient.

We serve majority of Greater Victoria. Please enter your delivery address on the checkout page to see if we deliver to you. If we don’t, you can still select our pick up option from either location. Our cookies will be boxed warm ready for you to pick up!

If you are ordering cookies to a residence as a gift we ask that you please let us know whether it is okay to leave the cookies on the doorstep or to bring back to one of our locations for pick-up at a later time.

We will always call the recipient to try to contact them, but if we are unable to arrange a quick alternative option we will instruct them where to pick-up their gift and what time the location is open until.

If we are delivering to a place of business we will make the delivery and leave with reception or security who will then contact you to let you know your order has arrived!

Online ordering is set up in one hour windows for deliveries. Please select a time period that will work best for you and we will deliver your cookies within that time period to the best of our abilities!

We deliver during our regular business hours that are updated on on our webpage footer, social media and google frequently.

The cookies are medium sized and are typically 7.5-9.0 cm in width.

We make cookies that we would serve you in our home. Fresh out of the oven and delivered warm.

We can’t guarantee that all walk-in experiences will get a warm cookie. However, we can guarantee that the cookie has been recently baked and is fresh! To ensure you receive a warm cookie please order online in half dozen increments for pickup or delivery and we’ll make sure your cookies are boxed and warm!

In our attempt to make every experience a warm cookie experience we do not decorate our cookies. We do offer special occasion packaging for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special moments! This packaging includes a greeting card and special occasion box. You can add our packaging onto any online order. Please select the special occasion packaging title on the left side of our homepage.
